The Swim Tether Jog Spa Kit pairs our neoprene Jog Belt with a set of 27.5" stretch cords — sized for swim spas with factory-installed wall anchors. Clip in at the hips and go: jog, walk, or train against smooth, consistent resistance without leaving the center of your spa.

No wall anchors? If your spa has grab rails, our Ankle Straps can loop around the rails as an alternative connection point — no drilling required.

Fit tip: Wear the belt snug but not tight. Adjust the rear ring so it moves with you, not against you.
